Roshelle serves as an Associate Dean for the Accounting, Economics, and Financial Services programs at Central New Mexico Community College. Roshelle began her career in education at the ripe age of 8 years old when she used to teach her next door neighbor how to calculate math problems during “summer school” or what her parents would call play time! Little did CNM know that 25 years later she’d be fully immersed in the throes of higher education. Roshelle has been honored with the Distinguished Faculty Award at CNM and sits on the board for 501(C)PA, New Mexico’s only non-profit CPA firm.
Roshelle earned her Bachelor of University Studies degree with a focus in Theater Arts and Communications at The University of New Mexico and her Master of Accounting degree at The Anderson School of Management. Roshelle has lived many lives and continues to enjoy learning new things, as she is a lifelong learner, a sit-down comedian, and an avid runner. When she’s not at work, she enjoys watching football and reality tv, laughing uncontrollably, decorating for the holidays, playing with her dogs, and spending time with other humans.
