Conference Sponsorship Registration and Information

 May 16 - 18, 2024

 The TACTYC conference offers accounting educators an opportunity to recharge and refresh their skills, as well as network with sponsors and colleagues from all over the country.


Sponsorship Registration:   Registration is online this year.  To register, you will need to log on to your existing account at the registration link below, or if you are new to TACTYC, create a new account.   Sponsorship fees can be paid for at the time of registration by credit card. Registration can also be paid by check or someone other than the attendee by selecting "Invoice Me" (see "Registration Payment" information below).   
Please note that there are separate registration links below for the Basic Sponsorship and for Sponsored Sessions.

Basic Sponsorship (Add-ons, Information, and Cost)

Basic Sponsorship - $1,500 (limit of 25)
Includes one 6-foot table in the exhibit area and two attendees paid conference registrations.  This includes Thursday Night Reception, Friday Breakfast and Lunch, and Saturday Breakfast.  For 2024 only, this includes a Friday Night Gala Dinner to celebrate 50 Years of TACTYC.  Please note that the Hotel is separate, hotel reservations and hotel costs are responsibility of attendees, see link below to make your reservation. 

The following can be added at an additional cost on the basic sponsorship registration:

Additional Attendees - $475 each
Baic sponsorship includes two paid attendees.  If you have more than two from your company attending, you can register and pay for additional attendees. 

Scholarship Sponsorship - $1,000 each
This adds your name to a sponsored scholarship that will be awarded to a student attending a two year college that plans to major in accounting.

Sponsored 50-minute Concurrent Session

(If you would like to do a 50-minute Concurrent Session, register and pay with the link below, after registering for the Basic Sponsorship above)

Sponsored 50-minute Concurrent Session - $1,500 (limit of 9)
You must register for the Basic Sponsorship first.   This is a separate registration for a 50-minute concurrent session at the conference.   Your presentations will be presented in-person to only the in-person attendees.  This is limited to 9 sponsored sessions.   You will be contacted in the order you registered to confirm your presentation day/time.  Note:  This does NOT include additional paid registrations.  If someone is presenting that was not one of the individuals listed in the basic sponsorship registration, they do need to register and pay for the conference.

1. Virtual Streaming Sponsor (marketing rights to virtual audience)                       $5,000
2.  Internet Service sponsorship for in-person conference                                          $4,500
3.  Keynote Speaker Sponsor  (recognized during the keynote session)                 $6,000

Hotel Rooms

Hotel Rooms for Conference:  Don't forget the Hotel is a separate cost from the registration and must be booked and paid for by the attendee.  A limited number of hotel rooms are available at a special rate, click this link to make your reservations "Hotel Information and Reservations".


Additional Information:

Sponsorship Registration Payment:  The most convenient way is to select "Pay Online" as you register and use a credit card to make payment.  You can also select "Invoice Me" and an invoice will be e-mailed to you where you can either pay by check or share the payment link on the invoice with someone else who is paying for you.
