Overall Conference Information for your Planning Purposes!

1.  Registration Opens Around January 1, 2025.  Conference starts with a Thursday night reception at 5 p.m., is all day Friday, and ends about noon on Saturday. 

2.  Conference Rate will be $495 for Early Bird (before March 24, 2025).  It will go up in price after that date. This included breakfast on Friday and Saturday, lunch on Friday.  The Board is still working on details for the possibility of having a virtual option and will have more information on that soon. 

3.  Hotel rate:  There will be a special link set up by early January where you can get rooms at a special rate of $199 per night plus tax (approximately 17%).
