*Conference Registration Fee includes for the paid attendee:  Membership for the year, Thursday Night Meet and Greet Reception, Friday Breakfast and Lunch, and Saturday Breakfast.

Guest Option:  You may add a guest(s) for an additional charge for the Thursday night Reception only.

Hotel is NOT included.  Please see the  link from conference information page to make and pay for your hotel reservation.

 Late registration (May 2 - May 10)* $695
 On-site registration (After May 10)* $795


Optional/Add-on options:

 Guest registration - Thursday evening reception (includes light appetizers and 1 drink)
