There are only a few rooms left for Thursday and Friday night at the conference hotel.  Wednesday and Saturday night are all booked at the conference hotel. The special rate at the conference hotel expires April 24th or when all rooms in the block are reserved.  

Overflow Hotel - We have reserved some rooms for overflow at a near by hotel, the Courtyard Arlington Crystal City at $185 per night (see the overflow link below). The special rate at the overflow hotel expires April 18th or when all room in the block are reserved.

Airport Shuttle:  The Marriott has a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport.   Look for the Marriott Vans.  The same van goes to several Marriott's.  Be sure to go to the Crystal "Gateway" Marriott (not the Crystal City Marriott).

Airport Shuttle Service runs 5am to midnight every 30 min. Last hotel departure at 11:30pm.

Hotel Cancellation Policy:
All reservations will be subject to a 3 days prior cancellation policy, which means reservations can be cancelled at no penalty for up to three days prior to arrival date. Anyone who cancels within after 3 days prior to arrival date will be charged a No Show Fee of one night stay, which will be posted to the credit card on the reservation.  Please check as you are booking your hotel room for cancellation policies, as it may change.
