Here is a description of the items listed on the sponsorship form.

ITEM 1. Please select a SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITY from one of the following:

GOLD Tier, A $2,500 contribution will get you the following items:

●      $1,000 student scholarship with your company as the sponsor

●      Preferred status exhibitor table for 2022 TACTYC Conference in Savannah, GA

●      A 50-minute sponsored session for the 2021 Virtual Annual Conference

●      Access to the virtual swag bag for participants

●      List of 2021 conference attendees with email address

●      Listing on the exhibitors page with link for participants to contact you directly

 

SILVER Tier, A $1,500 contribution will get you the following items:

●      $1,000 student scholarship with your company as the sponsor

●      A 20-minute sponsored session for the 2021 Virtual Annual Conference

●      Access to virtual swag bag for participants

●      List of 2021 conference attendees with email address

●      Listing on the exhibitors page with link for participants to contact you directly

BRONZE Tier, A $500 contribution will get you the following items:

●      Access to virtual swag bag for participants

●      List of 2021 conference attendees with email address

●      Listing on the exhibitors page with link for participants to contact you directly

ITEM 2. Digital Promotional Materials to be available during the conference ($100 contribution).

Please select YES or NO. Your contribution will allow you to provide TACTYC with text or AV promotional materials in digital format that will be randomly displayed in the common areas during both days of the conference. These materials will be submitted in a separate email and NOT attached to the sponsorship form.

ITEM 3. Raffle Drawing.

Please select YES or NO to indicate if you would like to participate by providing prizes to be included in the raffle at the conclusion of the conference. Each participant who attends a sponsored session will be entered into a raffle to be conducted at the end of the conference. If your company would like to donate a raffle item, please respond YES and we will contact you for specific information regarding raffle prizes.

ITEM 4. Scholarship Contributions.

Please select YES or NO if your company would like to make a contribution to the general TACTYC scholarship fund. We ask that contributions be made in increments of $100. This contribution would be IN ADDITION TO  any scholarship contributions indicated in ITEM 1.  Scholarship contributions made in increments of $1,000 will include recognition of the scholarship funds donor.

ITEM 5. Sponsor Recognition.

Please make sure to upload a file with your company’s logo or other identifier that can be used to reflect your sponsorship of this year’s conference on our sponsors page. Files should be less than 10 MB. Larger files may need to be submitted in a separate email.
