$249 per night plus approximately 16% tax.
All conference sessions are held at the hotel.A block of rooms at this special rate is being held until April 26, 2023 or until the block is filled. There are not as many hotel rooms at this special rate as in the past, so book early.
Hotel reservations and costs are separate from conference registration and fees.
Hotel Cancellation Policy:
All reservations will be subject to a 72 hour cancellation policy, which means reservations can be cancelled at no penalty for up to three days prior to arrival. Anyone who cancels within that 72 hour cancellation window will be charged a No Show Fee, which will be posted to the credit card on the reservation. Please check as you are booking your hotel room for cancellation policies, as it may change.
Valet Parking:
The hotel does have parking (valet only) at an additional fee.
On-site parking fee: $49 per car per night; $78 for oversized vehicles (Please check hotel website for current parking rates, as they may change)
