Scholarships

Teachers of Accounting at Two Year Colleges (TACTYC) is pleased to announce seven scholarships in the amount of $1,000 each for use by the winners during the 2012-2013 academic year.
  • Five scholarships will be awarded to two-year college graduating students that are pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Accounting at a four-year institution.
  • Two scholarships will be awarded to students that are currently pursuing a two-year degree in Accounting. 
Every year TACTYC awards several scholarships to students who are selected and meet eligible criteria. These criteria are based on completion of college credit hours, grade point average,
recommendations, and a commitment to a career in accounting.

Scholarship applications and supporting materials are due by March 1, 2012.

TACTYC SCHOLARSHIPS:

For the 2012-2013 academic year the Teachers of Accounting at Two-Year Colleges (TACTYC), American Institute of Public Accountants (AICPA), and others to be announced, will be sponsoring these scholarships. There will be seven (7) scholarships; each in the amount of $1,000, awarded to two qualified students pursuing a two-year degree in Accounting and five qualified students transferring to a four-year university to pursue a Bachelors degree in Accounting.
