  *Registration includes $50 annual membership fee.
  *13.5 CPE credits available for an additional cost of $75

  The conference rate charged will be based on the date the payment (check or credit card) is received.

  Participants are required to wear badges at all times.
  There will be no guest registration fee option this year. Guests are not allowed in the conference sessions or during conference breaks and meals.
